Q: What is your TAT (turnaround time)?
Turnaround time is same day for orders placed by 4PM CST and next day for orders placed after the cut-off. If you need an emergency print, always contact us
Q: What size print do I need for my shirts?
In general,
>Pocket: 4 inches
>Baby Onesie: 5 inches
>Toddler: 6 inches
>Youth: 8 inches
>Adult XS, S, M, L, XL: 11-12 inches
>Adult 2XL, 3XL: 12-14 inches Adult 4XL: 15 inches

Q: What format should my file be?
Any resolution guidelines?
Your file must be a high resolution transparent PNG, TIFF, PDF, PSD or AI. Please send at least 300 DPI resolution file for a higher quality print. It is your responsibility to check the quality of the uploaded file.
Q: Do you have an expedited shipping option?
Yes, we offer a range of shipping options, including express and overnight delivery services. When placing your order, you will have the opportunity to select the shipping option that best aligns with your specific delivery timeframe and preferences.
Q: What are the pressing instructions?
Follow these simple instructions for a perfect application:
1/ Position and place the transfer onto the garment and place a transfer/parchment paper for the best results.
2/ Press the transfer using an heat press or an iron at 320F using medium pressure for 15 seconds.
3/Allow it to cool at least 2-3 minutes and peel from any side. Cold peel option is chosen by default for the best results.
4/ There is no need for a repress but it is recommended. So for a repress, simply place the parchment paper again and press 320F for 15 seconds.
